Noel, the creative director of RELIQ, approaches fragrance as an art. With foundational research and a PhD in the biosciences, her palette is a broad one. Equally an artist and designer with products sold at stores around the world, and work featured in multiple galleries in the mid-Atlantic, she strives for unique, authentic, genuine, and natural compositions which enhance well-being. Each scent is a personal journey relayed through a conversation in chemistry.
